NEWS & UPDATES
22 Mar 2014 | Sam & Cat Bloopers + Bereave BTS |
I have a couple of fun updates to share today! First of all, Nickelodeon recently aired a Sam & Cat bloopers episode. As you'll remember, Rachel guest starred on the show a few months ago, and as a result she featured in the bloopers. You can watch her clips below. There's quite a funny one where Rachel accidentally spilled water on herself during a take! Screencaps are also in the gallery. Also, a few more pictures have surfaced of Rachel filming her newest movie Bereave. The first is of Rachel and actress Vinessa Shaw, who plays her mom, filming in a graveyard. The directors captioned the photo "This scene was so powerful, certain members (I won't name you, you know who you are!) were crying during the filming of... yep folks, it's gonna be powerful." Sounds like a great scene! The other photo was posted by Jane Seymour on her personal Instagram account. It's a single shot of Rachel and Jane wrote Rachel Eggleston. Plays my granddaughter Cleo in Bereave. She's amazing. Such sweet, and deserved, praise! |

13 Feb 2014 | New movie - "Bereave" |
We have even more great news today! Rachel has landed a role in another feature film called Bereave. She plays a girl named Cleo, the granddaughter of the main character. The film is directed by the Giovanis brothers and stars Malcolm McDowell as the main character. It was actually funded by Kickstarter and is currently filming according to the Facebook page! You can find a short synopsis of the plot below and a very funny behind the scenes photo in the gallery! Apparently the directors are planning on submitting the film to the Cannes Film Festival so we may find out more about it soon! A big congrats to Rachel on her second feature film! 'Bereave' - Synopsis ![]() On a similar note, Rachel's first ever film 'Summer Snow' is now in the final stages of post-production and should hopefully be released very soon! It was test screened to an audience yesterday and things are looking good. We have a new image of Rachel on the set last summer in the gallery. Does it get much cuter? Hopefully I'll have more to post about Summer Snow very soon. In the meantime don't forget to like the Facebook page for regular updates from the directors. |

12 Feb 2014 | "Married" gets picked up by FX! |
After more than 4 months of radio silence we are back with some fantastic news! Rachel's previously untitled Andrew Gurland project has been named - "Married" - and has been picked up by FX for an initial 10 episodes! Isn't that fantastic?? We should expect to see Rachel back on our screens in July! As I mentioned in my first post Rachel plays Maya, the daughter of the main characters, Nat Faxon and Judy Greer. I am super excited to see the show! You can find an article with more information below and the first still from the show (featuring Rachel!) in the gallery! FX Picks Up Two Comedy Series, Including Judy Greer Vehicle ![]() Unfortunately this comes along with the news that Rachel's other pilot - Divide & Conquer starring Diane Farr has been passed on by USA Network. That means that the show won't be airing on that channel, however it can still be shopped around to other channels in hopes of a pick-up. It seems unlikely that we will see Rachel in the show, given that she has now committed to "Married". However don't fear because I'll be back with more booking news tomorrow!
